This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipment and delivery of products purchased from Hyleise Studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.

Orders placed during high-volume periods (e.g. holidays or sales) may experience slight delays.

We reserve the right to extend processing time without notice in the event of system failures, supply chain disruptions, or force majeure events.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

Domestic and international shipments are fulfilled through UPS and DHL.

Shipping method options and applicable fees will be displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates provided are non-binding and subject to change without liability.

Hyleise Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs clearance, or events beyond our control.
3. Shipping Address Requirements

You are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of order.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or freight forwarding companies.

We shall not be held liable for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to such issues, re-delivery fees and associated costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
4. Risk of Loss and Title Transfer

All risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the customer once the package is transferred to the shipping carrier.

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed as “delivered” by the carrier. Claims must be directed to the carrier using the tracking information provided.
5. Customs Duties, Taxes & International Regulations

For orders shipped outside the United States, you are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and clearance costs imposed by your country’s regulations.

Refusal to pay customs charges or accept delivery will not entitle the customer to a refund. We may deduct original shipping fees, return shipping fees, and restocking costs from any refund at our sole discretion.

We are not liable for any delays or confiscations caused by customs authorities.
6. Returned, Undeliverable or Refused Packages

If a shipment is returned to us due to refusal, incorrect address, failure to collect, or unpaid duties:

Any customs, carrier, or processing charges incurred.

Alternatively, we may re-ship the item at your expense upon request.

7. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

It is your responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure someone is available to receive the package.

We may require signature confirmation on high-value shipments, at our discretion.
8. Force Majeure
Hyleise Studio shall not be liable for failure or delay in delivery due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, supply shortages, transportation interruptions, labor disputes, or carrier delays.
