Refund & Return Policy

At Hyleise Studio, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not, please carefully review the policy below before initiating a return.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • You must contact us first before sending back any item.

❗Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


2. How to Initiate a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address. You are responsible for securely packaging the item and covering return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following items:

  • Customized or personalized jewelry

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Perishable goods or hazardous materials

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us prior to purchase.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrect, notify us within 3 business days of receipt so we can resolve the issue promptly.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please:

  1. Submit a return request for the original item.

  2. Place a new order for the desired item.


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

  • Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.

7. International Returns & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
We do not refund shipping fees, customs charges, or costs incurred due to return refusals.

Packages returned to us due to unpaid duties, incorrect addresses, or refusal to accept delivery will be refunded minusany incurred shipping and processing fees.


8. EU Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation.
Returned items must meet the same eligibility criteria as stated above.
